Season the fish to taste by adding coriander, curry powder, salt, 2 tablespoon of Tabasco, 1 tablespoon of liquid seasoning, 2 tablespoon of olive oil and mix well
Place the spinach on a piece of aluminium foil and season with salt and olive oil. Ensure you mix well
Use the basting brush to evenly spread oil on the both sides of the cooking pan
Add the fish to one side of the pan and the bananas to the other side
Set your hob to maximum power
Add 200 ml of water to the bananas and cover the pan with a lid
When you see steam condensing on the glass lid and escaping, set the timer to 10 minutes and reduce the power to a third
After 5 minutes, turn the fish over
Add peppers and coriander leaves to the fish. Also turn the bananas over
Add some water to the bananas if needed
Fold the aluminium foil and place it over the bananas
